Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy for Groupon Appointments Thank you for booking your permanent makeup session with us! To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review our cancellation and no-show policy: Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling* Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours, your Groupon voucher will be forfeited, and you will be required to pay the full price of the service. No-Show Policy* If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, your Groupon voucher will be forfeited, and you will be charged the full price of the service. Groupon Voucher Expiration & Redemption* Your Groupon voucher is valid for 3 months from the purchase date. If your voucher expires, the amount paid can be applied toward a full-price permanent makeup session. However, you must redeem this credit within 30 days after the expiration date. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with flawless permanent makeup!
